# The Legislative Reform (Church Commissioners) Order 2021, Article 4: Removal of disqualification of salaried officials in diocese


In Schedule 1 to the 1947 Measure (constitution of Commissioners), in paragraph 4 (which disqualifies a salaried member of a central or diocesan body of the Church of England from being a Commissioner), omit “or diocesan”.
