  "text": "(1) In Schedule 1 to the 1947 Measure (constitution of Commissioners), in paragraph 6 (declaration), for “membership of the Church of England” substitute “—\n“(a) membership of the Church of England or of a Church which subscribes to the doctrine of the Holy Trinity, and\n(b) support for the charitable objects of the Commissioners.”\n(2) In section 7 of the 1947 Measure (procedure), after subsection (1) insert—\n“(1A) A majority of the members of the Board, and a majority of the members of each committee constituted by or under this Measure, must be members of the Church of England.”",
