  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order transfers areas between the district of Blaby and the City of Leicester, and transfers an area from the borough of Oadby and Wigston to the district of Blaby. Consequential changes to parishes and to local government electoral areas are made.\nThe map forming part of this note (page 4) gives a general guide to the areas affected. Prints of the detailed boundary maps (described in article 2) may be inspected at all reasonable times at the offices of the borough, City and district councils and at the office of the Secretary of State for the Environment, 2 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3EB.\nThe areas transferred have approximately the area, population and rateable value shown below —\nTransferred from\nTo\nArea (hectares)\nPopulation\nRateable Value\nBlaby\nLeicester\n3\n155\n£7,485\nLeicester\nBlaby\n2\n309\n£13,984\nOadby and Wigston\nBlaby\n17\nNil\nNil\nThe Local Government Area Changes Regulations 1976 (S.I. 1976/246, amended by S.I. 1978/247) contain general provisions regarding the effect of orders such as this one.",
