# The Lerwick Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2003, Article 10: Transitional provisions


All Members elected, nominated, appointed and acting in accordance with the 1999 Order shall remain in office until the first meeting of the Board of the Authority occurring after the revised Constitution date.
