Article 18 Amendments
The 1999 Order is amended in the following manner, that is to say:–
(a)
Article 15. by deleting of the words “the Chairman of”.
(b)
Article 16.(c) by deleting “5(2) or” and by the inserting after “6(3)” of “or 7(2)”.
(c)
Article 17 by deleting the word “nomination”.
