Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires:

• “electoral divisions of the Shetland Islands Area” means the electoral divisions into which the Shetlands Islands Area is divided by the Shetland Islands Area (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1992^f1;

• “Order of 1975” means the Lerwick Harbour (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 1975^f2;

• “the Trustees” means the Trustees of the port and harbour of Lerwick for the time being acting under the Harbour Acts and Orders.
