  "text": "In the event that a Member–\n(a) within the period of two months from the date of the first meeting of the Authority following his nomination, election or appointment as a Member, neglects to sign the declaration of loyalty required in terms of Article 9(6); or\n(b) is absent from all meetings of the Board for six consecutive months\nsuch Member shall cease to be a Member and thereupon his office as Member shall become vacant.",
