# The Lerwick Harbour Revision Order 1999, Article 19


No act or proceedings of the Members, or of any committee of their number, shall be invalid or illegal in consequence only of there being any vacancy in the number of Members at the time of such act or proceeding, or of the non-election or non-appointment for any Members.
