# The Lerwick Harbour Revision Order 1999, Article 24: REPEALS


The following enactments are repealed to the extent specified: Lerwick Harbour Improvements Act, 1877, Part II (Appointment of Trustees and Commencement of Act) with the exception of section 20.
Lerwick Harbour Order Confirmation Act 1911, sections 12, 13, 14 and 15.
Lerwick Harbour (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order Confirmation Act 1975, sections 3(1) and 5.
Lerwick Harbour Revision Order 1994, the whole Order.
