Article 1 Citation, commencement and extent

This Order may be cited as the Lerwick Harbour Revision Order 2007 and shall come into force on 28th April 2007.

This Order and the Lerwick Harbour Acts and Orders 1877 to 2003 may be cited together as the Lerwick Harbour Acts and Orders 1877 to 2007 (hereinafter referred to as “the Harbour Acts and Orders”).
