  "text": "In this Act, unless otherwise expressly provided or the context otherwise requires—\n“the appointed day” means such day as the Corporation may appoint for the purposes of section 4 (1) of this Act;\n“the Corporation” means Letchworth Garden City Corporation;\n“the Heritage Foundation” means the industrial and provident society to be registered under the 1965 c. 12.Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 with the name Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation;\n“the undertaking” means the undertaking of the Corporation.",
