# The Letting Agent Registration (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2018, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st October 2018
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 30(2)(f) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2014 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
