# Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023, Section 165: Consequential repeal of power to make provision for environmental assessment

(1) TCPA 1990 is amended as follows.
(2) Omit section 71A (assessment of environmental effects).
(3) In section 293A (urgent Crown development: application), in subsection (4), omit paragraph (a).
