# Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023, Section 17A: The functions of CCAs


A CCA has the functions that are conferred by—
(a) this Chapter or any regulations under this Chapter,
(b) any regulations under Schedule 27 to the English Devolution and Community Empowerment Act 2026, or
(c) any other enactment (whenever passed or made).
