  "text": "In this Part—\n“person” includes any entity that has legal personality under the law by which it is governed;\n“regulations” means regulations made by the Secretary of State;\n“relevant interest in land” means an estate, interest, right or power in or over land in the United Kingdom, except an advowson, franchise or manor;\n“relevant right concerning land” means a right or power, arising under a contract or otherwise, that is not a relevant interest in land but concerns the ownership, control or use of land in the United Kingdom.",
