# Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023, Section 229: Pavement licences

Schedule 22 makes—
(a) provision to make the regime for pavement licences under sections 1 to 9 of the Business and Planning Act 2020 permanent, and
(b) other provision relating to pavement licences.
