Regulation 13 Application of section 117 of the 1988 Act

Section 117 of the 1988 Act (rates and precepts: abolition) shall not have effect in relation to the power of any body to have its expenses paid by a charging authority conferred by any of the following orders—

(a)

the Local Government Reorganisation (Debt Administration) (Greater Man-chester) Order 1986^f1,

(b)

the Local Government Reorganisation (Debt Administration) (Merseyside) Order 1988^f2,

(c)

the Local Government Reorganisation (Debt Administration) (South York-shire) Order 1986^f3,

(d)

the Local Government Reorganisation (Debt Administration) (Tyne and Wear) Order 1986^f4,

(e)

the Local Government Reorganisation (Debt Administration) (West Midlands) Order 1986^f5,

(f)

the Local Government Reorganisation (Debt Administration) (West Yorkshire) Order 1986^f6.
