Article 2 Amendment of the Order
The Order, as previously amended by the Liberia (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2004f1 is hereby amended:—
(1)
Article 7 of the Order shall be deleted.
(2)
In Article 17(1) of the Order the words “article 3(1), 4(3), 5, 6(2), 7(2), 8(3), 8A, 8B(9) or 8C” shall be replaced by “article 3(1), 4(3), 5, 6(2), 8(3), 8A, 8B(9) or 8C”.
(3)
In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Order the words “article 3(1), 4(3), 5, 6(2), 7(2), 8(3), 8A, 8B(9) or 8C” shall be replaced by “article 3(1), 4(3), 5, 6(2), 8(3), 8A, 8B(9) or 8C”.
