  "text": "UNITED NATIONS\nMade 14th March 2001\nLaid before Parliament 15th March 2001\nComing into force 16th March 2001\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 14th day of March 2001\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas under Article 41 of the Charter of the United Nations the Security Council of the United Nations has, by a resolution adopted on 7th March 2001, called upon Her Majesty’s Government in the United Kingdom and all other States to apply certain measures to give effect to decisions of that Council in relation to Liberia:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 1 of the United Nations Act 1946, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
