# The Libya (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2023, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Libya (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into force on 15th June 2023.
(2) This Order extends to each British overseas territory listed in the Schedule.
