# The Libya (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 2021, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) This Order may be cited as the Libya (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 2021 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is laid before Parliament.
(2) This Order extends to each British overseas territory listed in Schedule 1.
