  "text": "In regulation 30 (brokering services: non-UK activity relating to restricted goods and restricted technology)—\n(a) in the heading, for “non-UK” substitute “non-Territory”;\n(b) in paragraph (1), for “non-UK country”, in each place it occurs, substitute “non-Territory country”;\n(c) for paragraph (4) substitute—\n“(4) In this regulation—\n“non-Territory country” means a country that is not the Territory;\n“third country” means a country that is not the Territory or Libya.”",
