# The Libya (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 2021, Paragraph 32

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In regulation 56 (finance: reporting obligations)—
(a) for “Treasury”, in each place it occurs, substitute “Governor”;
(b) for paragraph (5) substitute—
“(5) A relevant institution must inform the Governor without delay if that institution credits a frozen account or a relevant account in accordance with regulation 43(4) (finance: exceptions from prohibitions).”
