  "text": "In regulation 59 (finance: production of documents)—\n(a) in paragraph (2), for “the Treasury request that documents be produced, the Treasury” substitute “an authorised officer requests that documents be produced, the authorised officer”;\n(b) for paragraph (3), substitute—\n“(3) Where an authorised officer requests a designated person or a person acting under a financial sanctions licence to produce documents, that person must—\n(a) take reasonable steps to obtain the documents (if they are not already in the person’s possession or control);\n(b) keep the documents under the person’s possession or control (except for the purpose of providing them to the authorised officer or as the authorised officer may otherwise permit).”",
