# The Libya (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 2021, Paragraph 48

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

For regulation 69 (procedure for offences by unincorporated bodies) substitute—
“69. Any provision in an enactment which applies in the Territory in relation to criminal proceedings brought against a body corporate, applies also for the purposes of proceedings in the Territory for an offence under these Regulations brought against an unincorporated body.”
