# The Libya (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 2021, Paragraph 55

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In regulation 76 (maritime enforcement officers)—
(a) in paragraph (1)—
(i) omit sub-paragraphs (b), (d), (e), (f) and (h);
(ii) for sub-paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c) a police officer of the Territory;”;
(iii) for sub-paragraph (g) substitute—
“(g) a customs officer of the Territory.”;
(b) omit paragraph (2).
