Article 3 Supply of certain goods to Libya
Except under the authority of a licence granted under this article or article 4 below—
(a)
in the case of the Bailiwick of Guernsey, by the Lieutenant Governor;
(b)
in the case of the Bailiwick of Jersey, by the Finance and Economics Committee,
no person shall supply or deliver any goods specified in Schedule I to this Order to or to the order of a person connected with Libya.
