Article 6 Supply of certain technical advice, assistance or training to Libya
Except under the authority of a licence granted—
(a)
in the case of the Bailiwick of Guernsey, by the Lieutenant Governor;
(b)
in the case of the Bailiwick of Jersey, by the Finance and Economics Committee,
no person shall provide to a person connected with Libya any technical advice, assistance or training related to the supply, delivery, manufacture, maintenance or use of any goods specified in Part A of Schedule I to this Order.
