# The Libya (United Nations Sanctions) (Dependent Territories) Order 1992, Article 4: Exportation of certain goods to Libya


Except under the authority of a licence granted by the Governor under this article, the goods specified in Schedule I to this Order are prohibited to be exported from the Territory to any destination in Libya or to any destination for the purpose of delivery, directly or indirectly, to or to the order of any person connected with Libya.
