  "long_title": "This Order, made under the United Nations Act 1946, applies to each of the territories specified in Schedule 3. The Order re-enacts, with certain modifications, the provisions of the Libya (United Nations Sanctions) (Dependent Territories) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/976) and imposes restrictions, pursuant to a decision of the Security Council of the United Nations in Resolution No. 883 of 11th November 1993, on the export to Libya and the supply to persons connected with Libya, of further goods, including certain oil industry equipment and airfield infrastructure. It restricts certain activities including the training of Libyan pilots and other aviation personnel. The Order also places restrictions on certain actions making available or otherwise transferring certain funds or other financial resources to or for the benefit of certain persons connected with Libya.",
