# The Libya (United Nations Sanctions) Order 1992, Article 3: Supply of certain goods to Libya


Except under the authority of a licence granted by the Secretary of State under this article or article 4 of this Order, no person shall supply or deliver any goods specified in Schedule I to this Order to or to the order of a person connected with Libya.
