# The Libya (United Nations Sanctions) Order 1992, Article 6: Supply of certain technical advice, assistance or training to Libya


Except under the authority of a licence granted by the Secretary of State under this article, no person shall provide to a person connected with Libya any technical advice, assistance or training related to the supply, delivery, manufacture, maintenance or use of any goods specified in Part A of Schedule I to this Order.
