# The Libya (United Nations Sanctions) Order 1992, Article 7: Servicing of Libyan aircraft


Except under the authority of a licence granted by the Secretary of State under this article, no person shall provide engineering or maintenance servicing for any Libyan aircraft or any component of any Libyan aircraft.
