# The Libya (United Nations Sanctions) Order 1993, Article 11: Making available of aircraft to Libya


Except under the authority of a licence granted by the Secretary of State under this article, no person shall enter into, agree to extend, or extend any contract or other arrangement for the purpose of making available for operation in Libya any aircraft or aircraft components.
