# The Libya (United Nations Sanctions) Order 1993, Paragraph 2


Equipment designed for use in crude oil export terminals, as follows:
loading buoys or single point moorings (spm)
flexible hoses of 12 to 16 inches in diameter for connection between underwater manifolds (plem)
single point mooring and floating loading hoses of 12 to 16 inches in diameter
anchor chains.
