  "text": "BETTING, GAMING AND LOTTERIES\nMade 6th March 1995\nLaid before Parliament 14th March 1995\nComing into force 6th April 1995\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 10(6) of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963 and paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to that Act, having regard to the definition of “prescribed” in section 55(1) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
