# The Licensed Betting Offices (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 1: General

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Licensed Betting Offices (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 6th April 1995.
(2) These Regulations shall not extend to Scotland.
