# The Licensed Betting Offices (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 2: General


In these Regulations—
(a) “the 1963 Act” means the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963;
(b) “the 1986 Regulations” means the Licensed Betting Offices Regulations 1986 .
