  "text": "In regulation 4(b) of the Licensed Betting Offices Regulations 1986 —\n(a) the words “otherwise than in a material form” shall be inserted after the word “office”; and\n(b) for the words “(ii) and (iii)” there shall be substituted “and (ii)”.",
