# The Licensed Betting Offices (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 2: Amendment of Principal Regulations


In regulation 4(b) of the Licensed Betting Offices Regulations 1986 —
(a) the words “otherwise than in a material form” shall be inserted after the word “office”; and
(b) for the words “(ii) and (iii)” there shall be substituted “and (ii)”.
