  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Charter of the Licensed Victuallers' National Homes (“the charity”) so as to give effect to a Scheme made by the Charity Commissioners for England and Wales extending the permitted application of the funds of the charity. The funds will now additionally benefit distressed or aged persons who have worked in breweries and distilleries and other distressed or aged persons in need, as well as (as before) distressed or aged former licensed victuallers to whom priority will be given.",
