  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force on 22nd August 1988 and 1st March 1989 respectively the provisions of the Licensing Act 1988 set out in Schedules 1 and 2 to the Order. All other provisions of the Act not set out in those Schedules will come into force on 1st August 1988 (S.I. 1988/1187).",
