# The Licensing Act 2003 (Amendment of Schedule 4) Order 2007, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Amendment of Schedule 4) Order 2007 and comes into force on 11th August 2007.
(2) In this Order “the amending provision” means paragraph 20(4) of Schedule 16 to the Gambling Act 2005.
