# The Licensing Act 2003 (Amendment of Schedule 4) Order 2007, Article 2: Amendment


Immediately after the amending provision comes into force, the second of the two paragraphs numbered 21 in Schedule 4 to the Act (which paragraph refers to the Fraud Act 2006) is renumbered as paragraph 22.
