  "text": "The following provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 shall come into force on 10th September 2003—\n(a) section 155 (confiscation of sealed containers of alcohol);\n(b) section 199 (repeals) in so far as it relates to the entries in paragraph (c) below; and\n(c) the entries in Schedule 7 relating to—\n(i) the Confiscation of Alcohol (Young Persons) Act 1997; and\n(ii) section 12 of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001.",
