  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force the provisions of paragraph 34 of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 to give effect to operative definitions for the use of delegated powers in relation to certain transitional provisions in that Schedule, specifically the powers contained in its paragraphs 1(1) (“first appointed day”), 13(1) (“first appointed day”) and 23(2) (“transitional period”).",
