# Licensing Act 2003 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2004, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2004.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Licensing Act 2003;
“the first appointed day” means 7th February 2005.
