# The Licensing Act 2003 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2005, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Commencement No.6) Order 2005.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Licensing Act 2003.
