  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Licensing Act 2003 (Commencement No.7 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2005.\n(2) In this Order –\n“the Act” means the Licensing Act 2003;\n“the 1968 Act” means the Gaming Act 1968;\n“the 1976 Act” means the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976;\n“the 1985 Act” means the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985;\n“the second appointed day” means 24th November 2005.",
