Coming into force 1st October 2012
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17(2) to (4), 29(4) and (6), 34(2), 41A(2), 54, 71(3) to (5), 84(2), 86A(2), 91, 100(4) and (5) and 193 of the Licensing Act 2003.
